Shipping and Returns

Returns Policy

You may return new items within 30 days of delivery for store credit at Hyde’s Online Store only. Simply repack the item(s) in the original box and we’ll arrange for our shipper to pick it up. Shipping costs will be deducted from the customer’s store credit, unless the reason for the return is the result of an error we made, such as the customer received an incorrect or defective item, etc.

Store credits are applied to your account two to three weeks from the time the shipper picks up your package. NOTE: Please allow transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days) and 3 to 5 business days to process your order.

If you need to return an item, simply:

  • Log in to your account to view the order, using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu
  • Click the Return Item(s) button.

We'll notify you via e-mail of your store credit after receipt and processing of the returned item.


We are able to ship to virtually any address in the world. However, there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Please note that the shipping rates for most items we sell are weight-based. The weight of items can be found on the item’s detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
